Neal is the head of the firm.  He has over 30 years experience in auditing and tax.  Prior to Schear & Schear, Neal was in the audit and tax departments of Arthur Young & Co. (currently Ernst & Young) and he was also in the closely held business division of Arthur Andersen & Co. 

Neal is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati.

Kerina M. Graves, CPA

Kerina has been with Schear & Schear for over fifteen years.  She handles all areas of Tax and Accounting for many of our clients.  Her prior experience included working in the Asset Based Lending departments of major banks as a Vice President, Auditor, Operations Manager and Relationship Manager.

Kerina is a graduate of Xavier University.

Hanzhi has a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Data Analysis from Xavier University
